4. Estimates and Pricing
Online estimates provided through our WhyFire widget are approximate and intended for informational purposes only. Final pricing depends on product selection, installation requirements, site conditions, and applicable permits. A formal quote will be provided during your in-home or showroom consultation. All quotes and estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement or invoice. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Financing options are available through Synchrony Financial, subject to credit approval. Alber's Fireplaces is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. All financing terms, rates, and conditions are determined by Synchrony Financial. Custom orders may require a deposit.
6. Appointments and Services
Scheduling an appointment through our website does not constitute a binding contract. Service appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

11. SMS/Text Message Terms
Program Description
When opted in, you will receive text messages (SMS/MMS) to your mobile number. These messages may include responses to a quote, estimate, or service inquiry, real-time texts to ask and answer questions about our services and pricing, appointment scheduling and confirmations, feedback requests, project updates, and follow-up.
Program Frequency
You can expect to receive up to 5 to 10 messages per month from us.
Opt Out
You can opt out of this service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the phone number. After you text "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or text "START," and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers
